Zonta Club of Petoskey Area
Zonta Club of Petoskey, is one of over 1,200 clubs of Zonta International, a worldwide service organization. Founded in 1919 in Buffalo, New York, Zonta takes its name from the Lakota Sioux Indian word meaning “honest and trustworthy.” Zontians volunteer their time, talents and energy to local and international service projects that are designed to advance the status of women.
Meet the Organizer
The Fashion Show will highlight the latest fall and winter fashions from more than 30 retailers in the Petoskey area and feature a silent auction, gift basket raffle and an elegant lunch. Last year, we raised more than $25,000 to support the programs of and grants from Zonta. Because of the generosity of sponsors like you, Zonta Club of the Petoskey Area was able to provide $18,000 in support to area organizations that work to improve the status of women and girls.
