City of Riesling is the brainchild of winemaker Sean O’Keefe of Chateau Grand Traverse, restaurateur & sommelier Amanda Danielson of Trattoria Stella and The Franklin and wine writer & Riesling evangelist Stuart Pigott.

City of Riesling

We are being assisted by Dianna Stampfler of Promote Michigan and others, including Michael Albaugh of Nu Art Signs who designed our logo. 2014 was the inaugural year, and the successful event helped a lot of people learn why Stuart calls Riesling “The Best White Wine on Earth.” We also showcased Traverse City, Michigan and to present the beautiful Rieslings that are being produced here at the table with some of the finest Rieslings from all over the globe.
