Calling all WINE LOVERS!!! Spend an evening at Jax’s American Classic Wine Dinner featuring Hess Winery on Thursday, November 7 at 6:30pm. Savor Baked Brie, Poached Salmon, Beef Wellington, Pork Ribs and Puff Pastry. Perfectly paired with four Hess wines. In 1978 Donald Hess established The Hess Collection Winery on Mount Veeder above the Napa Valley. His focus was on cultivating vines at elevation that thrive in rugged terrain. The Hess family continues to craft distinct, notable wines.
