Looking for an alternative brunch? Replace pancakes and mimosas with an assortment of sweet and savory dumplings, buns, and cakes, with light, aromatic craft cocktails! Guests can explore the wide range of craft cocktails offered at 123 Speakeasy, as paired with Cantonese brunch treats collectively known as dim sum. Your ticket includes 6 dim sum dishes expertly paired with craft cocktails, a menu card to rate and track your favorites, tax and gratuity. Chopsticks not required.

Dim sum is a style of Chinese cuisine prepared as small, almost-bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on a small plate. Dim sum is generally considered Cantonese, although other varieties exist. These small dishes are usually served with tea, but we're offering our boozy take on this Chinese brunch tradition!

Minimum Age: The tasting party is held within a bar/restaurant at 123 Speakeasy. All attendees must be above 21 in age to enter. Tickets and IDs will be checked at the door. (Key holders may skip the line as usual if they flash their key and the ticket.)

Check-in Policy: Guests may arrive whenever they please--sampling will be available during the duration of the event. We encourage guests to arrive between 5 - 6pm in order to get the most out of their experience.

Over-serving: At 123 Speakeasy, we like to encourage a quality drinking experience, with a better drinking culture. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests that are visibly intoxicated or disruptive. If asked to leave, guests will not receive a refund.

How does seating and food/drink service work? During this event there is open seating, as we find guests prefer to socialize and mingle as they progress through the various food/drink pairings. Dim sum offerings will include Char Siu Bao (steamed buns stuffed with barbecue pork), Cheung Fun (steamed rice noodle rolls), Jiaoze and Gow Gee (steamed and pan fried dumplings), Chun Juan (spring rolls), and Sui Mai (shrimp dumplings).
