Join us at the Visitor Center at The Botanic Garden for this fantastic holiday workshop on Saturday, December 2nd from 10:00am-12:00pm with Terry Hooper of Hooper's Farm Gardens!

All materials will be provided, including containers. The proceeds from the $25 class fee will benefit The Botanic Garden at Historic Barns.

We are pleased to welcome floral designer Terry Hooper back to the Garden for another fabulous make-and-take workshop!

The workshop will begin with a demonstration by Terry on how to create a lovely winter porch pot to enjoy during the winter months. Terry will then guide participants on how to create their own design using assorted greens, flowers, berries, ribbons and more.

Participants are welcome to bring a favorite ornament, special ribbon or any item that you may want to incorporate into your design. If you wish to use your own container, you may bring that also.

About our presenter, Terry Hooper:

Terry and husband Bruce, a 5th generation fruit grower, make their home on the Old Mission Peninsula. They started Hooper’s Farm Gardens and Floral Studio over 25 years ago. They are Master Gardeners and have developed an agricultural destination floral farm and market. They specialize in U-Pick and special event floral design. It is a family run business that welcomes you to come visit and learn anytime. With Terry’s expertise, easy-going guidance and hands-on approach, you will arrive home with a festive porch pot to adorn your home this winter season.
