Smoked Duck Soup:

Duck, mustard greens, mushrooms, chives and tasty duck/bone broth served over jasmine rice! It will leave you wanting more!! 


Otsego Club Elk Dip:

Tender Elk, creamy and cheesy house made dip. Served with a grilled garlic buttered crostini. It will warm the soul!! 

 

Elk Steak Au Poivre:

Peppercorn encrusted Elk steak with shallots and button mushrooms, topped with a cognac and shallot cream sauce. Served with rosemary roasted Fingerling potato and garlic broccoli. 

 

Mixed Berry Crème Brule:

Raspberry’s and Blueberry’s mixed with a vanilla cream custard and caramelized sugar to give you a dessert you won't forget!
