In this interactive class learn to make goi cuon (fresh spring rolls), banh mi (pork sandwich with fresh herbs, & beef pho (broth based soup) and ca phe trung (Vietnamese egg coffee) Recipes and aprons will be provided along with a generous portion of the dishes we create!
