If you love cider and sausage...this event is perfect for you!

As the Michigan cider industry continues to grow at an exciting and rapid pace, a group of Michigan cider makers felt the time was right to establish an organization that supported education, research and promotion of the emerging industry. In December 2014, the Michigan Cider Association (MCA) was formed by this group of Michigan cider makers through a state recognized 501(c)6 program. Although the MCA is a new organization, its intention is to provide short and long-term significance and value to all members through the promotion and support of cider.

Traverse City Cider Week will take place from October 14 - 21st and will feature a variety of different cider related events. The big event of the week, the 2nd annual Cider and Sausage Salon is planned for Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 1PM - 5PM. This event will be held at the Timber Ridge Resort in Traverse City, MI. This event will feature an evening of music, local sausages, and of course lots of cider!

People of all ages are welcome to attend, though IDs will be checked, and only people ages 21 and older will be allowed to consume cider. This is an entertainment event that will happen rain or shine. No refunds will be issued. Tickets can be purchased for $30 in advance and $35 at the door. There is no charge for children.
