Based on the novel by Victor Hugo, ‘Les Miserables’ travels with prisoner-on-parole, 24601, Jean Valjean, as he runs from the merciless Inspector Javert on a journey beyond the barricades at the center of the Rebellion. Valjean promises a poor factory worker, Fantine that he will save her child, Cosette and raise her as his own. Marius, a student of the rebellion, falls for Cosette.
