We've been telling people that we're bringing four Hell's Kitchen Alumni Chefs to Willowbrook Mill
for another of our fabulous chefs dinners.
We lied.
We're bringing FIVE Hell's Kitchen Alumni Chefs!
The Dinner- A theater kitchen style presentation of plating and each chef will be talking about their particular course. Our guest Vintners will be speaking about the libations they are offering to the pairings. Chefs will be visiting guests at their tables and conducting Q & A's during the meal while the other chefs prepare their courses. At the end of the evening, there will be a meet and greet opportunity.
Five Course Dinner with Pairings for each course is $140. (tax and service charge included)
Five Course Dinner- Meal Only, No pairings included; $100. (tax and service charge included)
The Chef's Five Course menu will be the same for both Friday and Saturday dinners. Note: No food substitutions.

Chef Kim Ryan:
Kimberly Ann Ryan was an Event Chef from Traverse City, Michigan. Kimberly was the Hell's Kitchen season 16 winner due to her skills, drive and command in the kitchen.
After Hell's Kitchen, Kimberly took up the head chef position at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar at The Venetian Las Vegas.
Chef Heidi Parent:
Chef Heidi Parent is currently a culinary arts instructor at Capital Area Technical Center in Augusta, Maine. For the past 5 years she has been grooming these high school students to be successful in the food service industry. Within her 5 years of teaching, Heidi has mentored culinary teams to win the ProStart state championship two years in a row. Chef Parent is more famously known as the first and only Maine chef to make it on the reality cooking show Hell's Kitchen: Season 16. "Heidi was a kind chef who generally stayed away from most of the drama in her season and was also supportive of her team. However, she could be a bit harsher against the more stubborn chefs"-fandom.com. Outside of her career Heidi is a mother of three and a grandmother with her supportive husband Paul . Her hobbies are knitting in the colder months and enjoying her motorcycle in the warmer months.
Chef Heather Williams
Was a Sous Chef from Easton, Pennsylvania. She was Hell's Kitchen season 16 runner up losing out to Ryan after her service was more fraught with problems, she took her defeat with grace.
After Hell's Kitchen, Heather returned to her position as a sous chef at Marblehead Chowder House in Palmer Township before becoming Sous Chef at Bon Appétit Management Company.
She has also done a number of cookery events and demonstrations. She took part in 2018's Reality Rally and is currently Executive Chef at Lehigh Valley IronPigs.
Chef T
Was a Line Cook from Atlanta, Georgia. She was the Hell's Kitchen season 14 runner up coming a very close second.
After Hell's Kitchen, Chef T became Executive chef at Three Blind Mice and later Draper Mercantile and Trading Company. She became a travelling chef before opening her first restaurant in 2019.
Chef Wendy Mendez
Shortly after returning to New York after Hell’s Kitchen, Wendy moved to Chicago where she became a part of the opening team for the eateries at The Robey Hotel. Then she went back to her first culinarily love, pastry. Working at an Italian restaurant for a brief period of time as her husband was in a car accident on his bicycle and they subsequently moved back to New York. Upon her return, she found another pastry Sous Chef position at an Italian restaurant. In, 2019 Chef Wendy took an executive Sous Chef positions at a Bar/restaurant in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and then... the Pandemic, that closed restaurants around the world. Wendy assisted in the opening of the cafe connected to the Italian restaurant just two blocks from the original location. She created their pastry program and helped organize their team while fulfilling Sous responsibilities simultaneously. Sadly, the pandemic brough the close of both locations. Recently, Chef Wendy, discovered she has health issues and that inspired her to change up her diet. She is compiling her original recipes based on her new eating style and is currently writing a cookbook.
