The Next British invasion has arrived on Mackinac Island!

The World’s premiere Paul McCartney concert experience, The McCartney Years, is setting up residency at the legendary Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island. Kicking off on May 24th, the authentic, family-friendly show features the greatest hits from the Beatles and Wings and is guaranteed to get guests up and dancing!

Having captivated audiences across the globe and referred to by the Beatles American promotor Sid Bernstein as the “best on the scene today,” the renowned The McCartney Years show is coming to Mackinac Island this summer. Taking over the Mission Point Resort every Wednesday to Sunday from May 24th until September 1st, the show is one of the most authentic live music experiences for fans of The Beatles and Wings.  Led by perfectionist Yuri Pool (as Paul McCartney) on bass, vocals, piano, and guitar, the band is a faithful reproduction of the icon’s 1970s tours. Committed to delivering a note-for-note rendition of McCartney’s biggest hits, members include Jennifer Pool (as Linda McCartney), Dylan Trost (as Denny Laine); Steven Shinn (as Jimmy McCulloch), Brady Bushong (as Joe English), and Joe Duprey on keyboards. For over 17 years, the group has performed for hundreds of thousands of people across the globe, making it the longest-running show of its kind and seeing it receive numerous accolades and awards.

To ensure an exact sonic and visual representation, The McCartney Years utilize the same make and model instruments the original band used, including the legendary Rickenbacker bass, Steinway piano, and Ovation acoustic guitars. Each song is also played true to the original arrangement, making it as close as possible to experiencing a Paul McCartney show from the height of his career.

Working in collaboration with the stunning Mission Point Resort, the show is a family-friendly experience, making it perfect for everyone from grandparents to grandchildren. The unforgettable evening is guaranteed to get guests up and dancing, especially with instantly recognizable hits such as Hey Jude, Long and Winding Road, Yesterday, Jet, Band on the Run, Maybe I’m Amazed, Lady Madonna, Live and Let Die, and many more.
