Join us for the Lighthouse Beach Party Fundraiser at the Grand Traverse Lighthouse on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Enjoy a classic summer picnic in a beautiful lakeside setting featuring smoked pulled pork and brat meals, beer, wine, and margaritas, outdoor games, raffles, and more. The evening will feature live music by Doc Probst and the Riptides and a fun Jimmy Buffett & Island Vibes theme, so break out your Hawaiian shirts, flip-flops, and beach hats! Meet the Organizer
The Grand Traverse Lighthouse Museum opened in 1985. Volunteers restored the southern apartment to the 1920's and 1930's time period when the McCormick family lived there. Tour the residence, climb the tower for a spectacular view of Lake Michigan.
