Recently featured in Traverse Northern Michigan, Michelle is known for creating vibrant, globally inspired dishes rooted in the flavors and ingredients of Northern Michigan.
This one-night-only experience will feature a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner as Michelle guides guests through each course, sharing the inspiration, stories, and local ingredients behind the menu. Her cooking style blends internationally inspired flavors with locally sourced seasonal ingredients, creating dishes that are both elevated and deeply personal.
Set against the summer backdrop of 9&10 News Deck in Traverse City, this intimate event is limited to just 40 guests for a truly unique dining experience.
