You will enjoy a 3 course meal accompanied by 3 perfectly paired wines.

To Start the evening, Whitefish dip and crispy pita team up with Girard Sauvignon Blanc (Lemongrass and citrus undertones) We'll follow that with our main course of Elk Steak and The Calling Russian River Valley Pino Noir (Peppery, mushroom, earthy) The evening ends with strawberry swirl cheesecake and a glass of Bricco Riella Moscato D Asti (Sweet and Bubbly)
