Giant Pumpkin Festival presented by Menominee Historic Downtown Waterfront in Partnership with Menominee Downtown Business Association.
The Menominee Historic Waterfront Downtown Giant Pumpkin Festival is a family friendly event with activities for everyone. We have the kids activity tent, making various crafts for free as well as Pumpkin Seed Spitting, Face Painting, Pumpkin Bowling, Local Musicians, Food & Craft Vendors with a Farmers Market. We have Competition Events as our family Pie Eating Competition, a Pumpkin Carving Contest, a Pool Noodle Race and the Grand Event of Giant Pumpkin Boat Race, where a Giant Pumpkin is hollowed out and used as a boat in a race in the Marina. All Competition Event will go home with prizes and the Giant Pumpkin Boat race winner gets a Traveling Trophy. So Come on down, Come Make Some Fun!
