FIVE-COURSE TOUR OF ITALY

Featuring Andrea Fassone, owner of Enotria Wines, for a tour of Italy’s “little known” grapes (e.g. Roero, Cesanese, Gaglioppo)

  • RISOTTO — Pumpkin risotto, fried mushroom, chevre sauce
  • TOAST – Clam toast, salmon ‘nduja, pancetta sofrito
  • GNOCCHI – Sweet potato gnocchi, creamy beef & wild mushroom ragu
  • RAVIOLI – Housemade ravioli, Porchetta, salsa verde, fustini’s olive oil
  • TIRAMISU – Housemade lady fingers, roast and toast espresso, mascarpone, cocoa
