About This Event
Join the Traverse City Dance Project for the opening performance of three in the newest event in town: the Northern Michigan Dance Festival. The program features a mixed bill showcasing professional dance companies and artists from across the country, Traverse City Dance Project, Falco Dance, Tap Soloist Madison Hilligoss, and dancers from Miami City Ballet, Joffrey Ballet, and Milwaukee Ballet. Don’t miss this extraordinary cultural experience, bringing together an eclectic mix of professional dance companies and artists from across the country.
This program includes an optional Q&A with the artists following the performance.
Consider also attending Program B on October 11th or 12th! October 11th includes a contemporary dance and music installation and reception in the sculpture gallery at the Dennos Museum Center, with live music by the Charlie Millard Band.
