Luke Woltanski the Dangerous Music Man is publishing his 5th studio record on July 3rd, and to send it off he and his studio band are coming together for a special release concert at Broomstack Kitchen! Doors open at 5:00 and everyone who buys a ticket gets a free copy of the regular cut of the record. For tonight only there will be exclusive merchandise made just for the release! Food and drinks will be available from the Broomstack Kitchen team, and live sound will be provided by TIP Innovative out of South Lyon.

The Band:

• Luke Woltanski - The Dangerous Music Man himself, Luke is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and acclaimed performer who plays over 200 shows a year from Charlevoix to Chicago. He is known for his harmonica improvisation, smooth voice and ability to engage and draw his audience in to every song he plays.
• Dan Palmer - Dan is a professor of jazz guitar and performance at Albion and Hillsdale College, and has played for jazz/folk/rock groups all over the country. His current projects include Talking Ear, and being one of Luke's Dangerous Music Men.
• John Piatek - John is a gifted multi-instrumentalist and performer from Kalkaska, known for his atmospheric and rhythmic playing. Tonight he'll be playing the instrument he grew up with: the bass.
• Travis Aukerman - Travis is a Ypsilanti based composer, sound engineer and drummer. Travis is one of the most exciting and adaptive drummers in the music business in Michigan, and his contributions to Luke's new record have been equally as exciting!
• Dalton Sala - Dalton is a singer and guitarist from Colorado Springs, he and Luke went to college together. Although he is studying for his P.H.D. in Latin Linguistics he still finds time to contribute to Luke's projects and to write music of his own. Tonight he'll be playing the second lead guitar and singing.
• Marin Tack - Marin is a classically trained vocalist from Kalkaska who now lives and performs around Grand Rapids. Her voice is lazer precise and brings an exciting classical touch to Luke's music.
• Tyler Sechrist - Tyler is the owner of TIP Audio/Visual Design out of South Lyon, and is Luke's go-to sound engineer for anything live. He helps produce shows for dozens of touring acts all over the country every year, but he's excited to be closer to home for this week.

Broomstack Kitchen and Taphouse is one of the premier taprooms and restaurants in Northern Michigan. Throughout the year they host hundreds of events and serve some of the best local spirits around. They will be operating in full during the show tonight, so pizza, burgers, beer, wine and many more great things will all be available!
