Willowbrook Mill Presents

Chef Loretta Barrett Oden

Thursday August 8, 2024

6 to 9pm at Willowbrook Mill, Northport,MI

Join us for an amazing Food & Culture Experience at Willowbrook Mill.

Five Inspired Courses utilizing foods that are traditional First American ingredients like salmon, buffalo, local seasonal fruits and produce including the "three sisters"; corn squash and beans.

From the appetizer course with its vibrant sangrita shooter paired with an elote flavored mescal and a husk wrapped packet of spicy popcorn to the dessert course, Loretta will bring Native American ingredients together in fantastic combinations! Each course is paired with a wine, cider or spirit.

Willowbrook Mill is working closely with our friends at the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians, and also the Little Traverse Bay Band of Ottawa Indians to present a rich cultural experience that honors, educates and celebrates this gathering of diverse community.
