What to expect: The Alluvion will be transformed into an open candlelit sacred space. We'll begin with a mini concert featuring musical selections by local artists, Seth Bernard, Crystal Woodward-Turner and David Chown, with special guest cellist, Jordan Hamilton, Kalamazoo, MI, and mindfully transition into an (optional) ever so gently guided illuminating sequence of nurturing and restorative movements, concluding with a sacred sound healing meditation cultivating community consciousness through gratitude, grounding and healing as we move towards letting our souls shine from the inside out. We will also mindfully approach planting the seed of intention through a hands-on activity and experience a radiant healing Mandala Meditation.

What to bring: Please bring your mat, water, blankets, pillows, blocks and/or bolster.
