Italian Wine Dinner featuring Perusini Wine Dinner
Schedule in some WINE-DOWN time at Palette Bistro’s Italian Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 23 at 6:30pm. Enjoy four exquisite Italian courses crafted by Chef de Cuisine Bryan Burrell, thoughtfully paired with Perusini wines.
The Perusini vineyards are one of the 50 happy few listed by Luigi Veronelli in “I vignaioli storici” (The Italian Wine-growers Bible). Perusini's credo "wine is born on the vine" is evident through the three generations that produce wines only from the grapes of the Perusini vineyard, all terraced on loam rock (known as ponca in Friuli). Special guest, Carloe de Pace, with guide guests through Perusini wine pairings.
