For a couple years now, Chef Eric has been wanting to write a menu based on the golden ration; after consulting a couple local mathematicians and a lot of research, he thinks he may have just figured it out. The dinner will be 13 courses long, so come hungry. Because of the nature of the dinner, seating is limited. Mari Vineyards winemaker, Sean O'Keefe -having a nerd level equal to Chef Eric- will be pairing his world class wines with each course.
