About This Event
This experience first arrived on the fitness scene in 2015 and has since gained immense popularity. What was once considered a crazy idea is now recognized as a new form of yoga animal therapy. The motto of this practice is "Goats don't judge; Goats just love!"
The sessions are 60 minutes long, 45 of which are dedicated to yoga. The remaining 15 minutes are available for taking pictures and cuddling the goats! The yoga practice aims to promote mindfulness, relaxation, and a little fun. Nothing reduces stress like a downward goat pose!
The tickets include a cup of goat feed and a complimentary wine or drink voucher, which you can enjoy at Bistro Polaris or the tasting room. The yoga class is suitable for all experience levels. Hygienic yoga mats and other props will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own!
