The Global art.Fashion.HAIR show is a runway hair and fashion show that brings the feeling of New York’s Fashion Week to Traverse City to benefit a specific charity. This year’s event will be held April 23, 2016, at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, and proceeds will benefit AC PAW, which has provided animal rescue services to the Grand Traverse region for more than 20 years.

Each year the Global art.Fashion.HAIR. show brings together area salons, clothiers, designers, and businesses for a unique New York Fashion Week–style runway show to benefit local charities. There are two main components to our show: (1) a fashion segment highlighting designs from area clothiers who are partnered with stylists from local salons and (2) an avant-garde segment displaying the inspired, over-the-top, and unique designs of stylists and designers. Set to music and incorporating dance, the avant-garde portion of the show will leave you wanting more, and the combinations of hair, flowers, fabrics, and textures used by our designers will engage all your senses. The proceeds for the 2016 Global art.Fashion.HAIR. show will benefit AC PAW, which was founded to give animals in Northern Michigan a second chance at life. Since 1995, AC PAW has rescued more than 9,500 dogs and cats and placed them in loving homes. Learn more at http://www.acpaw.org/
