Palette Bistro presents a "Galician Wine Dinner" that will transport guests to the Galician area of Spain with flavorful Spanish dishes and Coto De Gomariz wines. Feast on this indulgent five-course dinner, prepared by Daniel Travis, Chef de Cuisine, with featured entrees: Pickled Shrimp, Jamon Serrano, Black Pepper & Mushroom Rubbed Filet, Macarrones con Chorizo and Melindre Doughnuts. Special guest, Inma Pazos, Coto de Gomariz will guide guests through four perfectly paired wines from the northwest 'green' Spain.
Coto de Gomariz is known as the “Golden Mile of the Ribeiro” for the exceptional quality of the vineyards and is one of the oldest wine producing areas on the Iberian Peninsula. The Carreiro family, from Barro de Gomariz has owned the land for generations and is dedicated to the vineyards.
Special Guest, Inma Pazos has a degree in Enology and Chemical Sciences. Pazos' devotion for her vocation comes from a passion for business based on science, art, culture, history and travel. She has worked as a Technician, training with some of the most important producers of Great Wines of Spain in different denominations of origin.
