Ooo la la! This French-style menu is perfectly paired with French Delas Wines. All of the wines will be from Delas -- formed in 1835 and producing internationally known, beautiful Rhone Valley wines. Mike Zagaroli, Vintage Wines, will present world-renowned Delas wines of the Rhone, perfectly paired with Chef de Cuisine Daniel Travis’ five-course menu.
