This time of the year, the lagers have longer cold conditioning and more time to mature which creates some of the best beers of the season. Join us as our brewer Corey Valdez discusses the thought and intention he uses to brew simple, nuanced, drinkable beers. Tickets are $25 and includes light snacks and generous pours.
