The Studio Theatre @ the Depot is located at 620 Railroad Place, just two thirds of a mile east of our main building. For other prices such as Two-on-the-Town and Groups of 8 or more, call the Box Office. If sold out, we have a Waiting List. No refunds; exchanges are often possible for a fee.
A resonant elegy for a ravaged generation. Twenty years after her son’s death from AIDS, a woman visits his partner’s apartment. Challenged to face how society has changed around her, four generations collide as she revisits the past and begins to see the life her son might have led.
SPECIAL NOTICE: For anyone coming from west of the Boardman River, Eighth Street is now closed between Boardman Avenue and Woodmere Avenue. Therefore, if you usually take this street to come to the Depot, please allow extra time for the detour. For those who live north of Eighth Street, we recommend taking Grandview Parkway. After it merges with Front Street, turn right onto Barlow just past Kentucky Fried Chicken, turn right again when you get to Eighth Street, turn left onto Woodmere Avenue, and then right onto Railroad Place just north of the railroad tracks. If you live south of Eighth Street, it may be best for you to take South Airport, turn left onto Park Drive, right onto Premier, then left onto Woodmere, and then turn left onto Railroad Place just beyond the library. Call the Box Office if you have additional questions about this detour.
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager and in consideration of those already seated. Should you arrive late, we will strive to seat you at the earliest appropriate time.
