The first 10 minutes of each class of the 4 week workshop series is the most important.
You will feel yourself reclaiming the trust and joy in your life. You will refresh and restore the connection within your mind, body and spirit. You will invite healing into your body.
You will learn protocol(s) to ground yourself, release what is no longer serving you. You will create trust in what is within you now, and what is to inevitably come in the future.
Experience feeling more grounded, more managed stress, breathing deeper, becoming less anxious, improved sleep; you may even move with more ease in your asanas (postures) as we apply during your practice together.
