A 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddle boarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for beginners. This class takes place at East Bay Park

SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) Yoga is a gentle, unique way to explore yoga postures on the water. Classes are scheduled with the hope that Mother Nature will participate. In the event we have rain, class will be cancelled. Wear comfortable yoga wear/ bring a water bottle & sunscreen.
We supply the boards/life jackets/anchors or feel free to bring your own.
