Feast on City Park Grill's fungi infused Annual Morel Wine Dinner prepared by Executive Chef John Norman. Join special guest, Eric Bjorkman, Great Lakes Wine and Spirits, for a showcasing of the Orin Swift wine portfolio. Winemaker, David Phinney, from the success of creating and selling the popular wine "The Prisoner," the Orin Swift wine portfolio was born. The name honors his father's middle and mother's maiden names, featuring quirky wine labels and individual unique stories. Feature premium pour 2019 Palermo (Cabernet Sauvignon) as an additional option to the flight to sample during this dinner.
