Feast on this indulgent five-course dinner, prepared by Daniel Travis, Chef de Cuisine featuring Cobb Salad, Cioppino, French Dip, Braised Pork Belly and Rosemary Lemon Chiffon Cake. Special guest Bibiana González Rave, Winemaker will guide guests through perfect pairings of her label Cattleya Wines. Handmade in California, Cattleya Wines is inspired by Bibiana González Rave's family principles of hard work, tenacity, honesty, and pursuit of excellence towards her dream of making wine. Cattleya Wines is crafted with a "long finish that develops in the mid-palate with ample generosity" and is known for "complexity in the aromatics and texture on the mouthfeel."
