Bob Rodriguez and Fred Laughlin are coming to Rose and Fern to join with chef and owner, Becky Tranchell, to celebrate the opening of her restaurant. Bob and Fred were both chef instructors from Great Lakes Culinary Institute that have recently retired and were significant in the education of Tranchell. The three will serve up 3 courses, family style, featuring an assortment of charcuterie, lamb porchetta coined "baachetta", spring salads, and a strawberry rhubarb dessert. Join in on a gathering focused on food and community in a new space with some new friends. it won't dissapoint.
