About This Event
Join us at Bistro Polaris and learn the art of making traditional Pizza Napoletana! Join Estate Chef John Korycki and our culinary team in the kitchen for a hands-on class creating your own wood-fired pizza from scratch, topped with hand-stretched fresh mozzarella. This class will give you the recipes, techniques, and confidence to re-create pizzas and mozzarella at home.
Since 2006, our Estate Chef, John Korycki, has visited Italy annually, leading small groups on culinary adventures with his company, Chef JK Travels. During his journeys, he has discovered many culinary inspirations and traditions that he is excited to share with you.
