This is your chance to gain some culinary confidence while enjoying an evening of food, wine and great company.

Get ready for summer with a class to teach you how to grill like a professional. Break out the rosé, fire up the grill and get ready to wow your friends with your new BBQ skills! Students will learn how to make the following dishes:

Argentinian flank steak with chimichurri

Lake Michigan grilled lake trout with miso-maple glaze

Grilled asparagus salad with white beans and roasted garlic verjus dressing

Elote – Mexican grilled street street corn with queso, chili powder, and lime
