Make delicious artisan pizzas from scratch. Learn to mix and toss dough, prepare unique toppings, and cook your creations in our wood-fired oven. Students will learn to make some of our signature pizzas served at the Hearth and Vine Cafe. In additional you will enjoy a Tuscan kale salad and traditional Italian cannolis for dessert.
