Event Details

We invite you to share the passion and philosophy behind our critically acclaimed culinary department, winner of the “Best Classic Wine Pairing” at the 2017 Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival. With our cooking classes you will learn new recipes and kitchen techniques with a chef’s demonstration, then get into the action with hands-on instruction.

This is your chance to gain some culinary confidence while enjoying an evening of food, wine and great company.

Make a classic meal to impress your family and friends while incorporating our wine: garden salad with sparkling wine vinaigrette, Beef Wellington and Brie mashed potatoes with red wine demi-glace and traditional cheesecake with a berry coulis featuring our Sirius Raspberry Dessert Wine.

Hosted in our commercial kitchen. Class size limited to 12 people.
