With our cooking classes you will learn new recipes and kitchen techniques with a chef’s demonstration, then get into the action with hands-on instruction.

Make a classic meal to impress your family and friends while incorporating our wine: garden salad with sparkling wine vinaigrette, Beef Wellington and Brie mashed potatoes with red wine demi-glace and traditional cheesecake with a berry coulis featuring our Sirius Raspberry Dessert Wine.
