Event Details

Join us at Black Star Farms Bistro Polaris for an enjoyable morning of interactive charcuterie board instruction, delicious bites, and, of course, wine! Our catering Sous Chef, Leah Moerdyk, will demonstrate how to put together the perfect board with plenty of fun tips and tricks so you can bring a showstopping board to your next party.

The instruction will be lively, informative, and entertaining for all. Each attendee will leave with a lovely charcuterie board big enough to share with one or two friends, filled with gourmet cheeses, cured meat, nuts, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more.

The price includes:

• Glass of wine

• Wood board

• Cheese, cured meats, nuts, etc.

• Mini honey jar with wood dipper stick
