Join us as we celebrate the land and the sea while you dine al fresco! Black Star Farms celebrates the winery’s vineyard-to-table practices where our grapes are grown locally, harvested, processed, and bottled at our two area wineries. We embrace our seasonal harvest bounties, a farm-to-fork approach our culinary team takes to heart by growing, raising, and sourcing from our own and regional farms.
The evening begins at 6:30 PM with a cocktail reception followed by dinner at 7:00 PM on the secluded covered patio overlooking the rock and flower garden. Chef Oumar will share the inspiration behind the evening’s menu. In addition, Lee Lutes, Head Winemaker, will discuss the wine pairings and share winery updates.
