Join us on Saturday, August 19th from 5-8 pm for the 18th Annual Lobster Fest Fundraiser at the Grand Traverse Lighthouse (Leelanau State Park) in Northport, Michigan.

All proceeds from this event, including the silent auction will go towards the continued restoration and preservation of the historic lighthouse and its surrounding property. The historic site and buildings are leased from the State of Michigan and operated by The Grand Traverse Lighthouse Museum, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit. We are solely funded by donations from our supporters and lighthouses admission fees. 

Dinner includes: fresh/live Maine lobster or filet mignon (Buirritts Market, Traverse City), boiled redskins & corn on the cob (local farmer), dinner rolls (Stonehouse Bread, Traverse City), cherry pie (Grand Traverse Pie Co., Traverse City) coleslaw, lemonade, beer & wine.

SPECIAL: There will be a “Welcome” pour of the 50th Anniversary Cuveé: Brut with History from Mawby Sparkling Wines of Suttons Bay. Mawby is celebrating their 50th Anniversary this year and we are helping them celebrate! This special wine is a Methode Champenoise Blanc de Blancs. Composed of Leelanau Peninsula Chardonnay and Riesling, this wine acknowledges their history with a dosage of 20 year old french oak aged grape spirits.

There will be a silent auction. There are two seatings: 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Take-out/curb-side service is at 5:45 p.m. Cost is $100. There are only 200 tickets available. Tickets are non-refundable.
