It's been a minute since Abra farmed her way into our hearts at Bare Knuckle Farm. We've missed her smile at the summer farmer's market at the Northport Marina. In the meantime, this talented chef has been off creating magic and wonder and writing Ruffage; her first cookbook that is a rising star entry into the ranks of the New York Times and Bon Appetite's top twelve Best New Cookbooks of Spring 2019! Abra has been busy traveling the country at promotions and book signing, and being interviewed by a variety of media celebrities, like the crew at CBS This Morning. Founded by Chef Jose Andres, this organization is dedicated to providing a clean cook stoves initiative, culinary training programs, and social enterprise ventures that empower communities and strengthen economies. The organization operates ongoing efforts in many global locations and provides emergency services in area where disaster strikes. These "First Food Responders" serve millions of meals each year.
