GPS may not bring up this location because it is a new street. Take Rt. 31 (Charlevoix-Petoskey Rd) going North from downtown Charlevoix, Take a Left on Burns Street (Goodwill is on the corner). Go to Division St and turn right. The development is on the right across from the Charlevoix Elementary School located at 13513 Division St, Charlevoix. If coming from Petoskey, turn right on Mercer, then an immediate left onto Division Street.
