We all know that Chef John can absolutely KILL it in the kitchen with their take on the modern day taco. But did you know that Chef John has more than 15 years of dedicated experience that have allowed him to create refined and balanced flavor combinations with a modern perspective! After graduating from the French Culinary Institute in New York City, he was bitten by the travel bug, and roved all over the United States including Arizona, San Diego, Florida and Chicago. In his travels, John gained experience at several renowned restaurants, including James Beard Award Winning Restaurant Janos, The Ritz Carlton & Michelin Bib Gourmand winner Gemini Bistro.
