During these unprecedented times Encore Winds is fully aware of how important music can be in providing both a chance for people to be uplifted and for people to be connected. However, because we place the highest possible priority on the well-being of our musicians and audience, I regret to inform you that we have cancelled the final concert of our Encore Winds season, on May 17. We fully expect to resume our music-making soon, so please stay tuned for further announcements regarding our exciting 2020-2021 Season. "How the West Was Won" was a 1962 epic film that followed the journey of early settlers traveling from New York to the Pacific Ocean in the 1800s. Encore will musically chronicle this challenging journey. Featuring the Youth Arts Winner.
