To celebrate our partnership with the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival in 2019, we are offering two exclusive cocktail pairing dinner experiences open only to GLEF exhibitors, families, sponsors and guests. These dinners include four courses, each of which is served with a cocktail crafted to complement the menu. Each menu is inspired by and is made from local in-season ingredients from around Northwest Michigan.
APPETIZERS

roasted pork tenderloin stuffed with prosciutto, buffalo mozzarella and sage leaves and finished in a light gravy
