Join us November 16 for our Bowers Harbor Wine Dinner. A perfectly paired Bowers Harbor Wine accompanies each of the meals five courses. Bowers Harbor Vineyards representatives will be on hand to talk about their award-winning take on wine making.
The menu pairings includes:
Oysters with mignonette paired with Cuvee Evan Blanc de Blanc, 2016
Chioggia beet salad roasted paired with Block II Riesling, 2018
Squash risotto paired with Chardonnay RLS Reserve, 2018
Pork belly paired with Claret, Wind Whistle, 2017
Center cut filet mignon paired with Cab Franc, Erica, 2005 & 2016
Spiced honey poached peaches with Whaleback, Riesling
Tickets are $69.30 per person and available through MyNorth Tickets. Must be 21 to attend.
