Chef Rajeev, CEC, ACC, was born and lived in a city near Kolhapur India, the seat of a Maratha Kingdom. He studied at the (IHMCTAN) Catering College of Bombay (Mumbai) India. Prior to coming to the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center at Michigan State University (MSU) as the Executive Sous Chef, Rajeev had already amassed impressive credentials.
Most recently, he was given the distinct recognition of being the
newest inductee to the Honorable Order of the Golden Toque.
For this evening of food and drink, guests will dine on several appetizers from different regions of India. Lamb Kofta, Jal Jira & Samosas among the offerings.
