7264 Argonaut Trail, Indian River
From the intersection of US 31 and M-68 in Alanson turn onto M-68 and drive east about 9 miles. Turn left onto Argonaut Trail, turn left to remain on Argonaut Trail.

Home #2 The Good Life Cottage, Young & Meathe Custom Homes

5380 Jones Landing Rd, Petoskey
From the intersection of US 31 and US 131 in Petoskey travel south on US 131 approximately 5 miles. Turn right on W Gruler Rd, then turn left onto Jones Landing.

6333 Indian Garden Rd, Petoskey
From US 31 near Bay Harbor and just south of the Crooked Tree Golf Course, turn right onto Lake Grove Rd. Drive for 1.2 miles then turn left onto Intertown Rd at the top of the hill. Continue 1.5 miles to Resort Pike Rd and turn right. Drive for 2.5 miles then turn left onto Indian Garden Rd. Proceed about 1.9 miles. House is on left.

From the intersection of US-31 and Carin Hwy in Kewadin drive north on US-31 about 7 miles. Park at the intersection of Harbor Club Lane and walk 5-10 minutes down the lane. Or wait for the golf cart shuttle to pick you up. The home is on your right.

Tickets for the Petoskey Northern Home & Cottage Tour are $20.

A complimentary copy of Northern Home & Cottage magazine, with photos and information about all the homes on the tour, is available at each home. You may start touring at any home, go to as many or as few as you like, in any order. On the day of the tour, you may purchase tickets at any of the homes. For security and privacy reasons, photography is not permitted. Of course there are photos of all the homes in your free issue of Northern Home & Cottage.

Once again, Northern Home & Cottage walks you through some of the most forward-looking home designs in the region.

This tour is very doable in a day, but it helps to plan your route ahead of time. As always, we’ve kept the ticket prices low so if you can’t make it to all of the homes, you’ll still find full value in your day. Check out images of the homes and more reasons why you should go.
