The Accidentals in concert to benefit the Family Partnership of Grand Traverse. Friday, November 4, 2016, beginning at 7pm at the Central United Methodist Church in Traverse City. Tickets are $15 for adults & $7 for children under age 12.

The Accidentals bring their unique musical style back home to Traverse City on Friday, November 4 in a benefit concert for the Family Partnership of Grand Traverse. The performance begins at 7pm at the Central United Methodist Church, 222 Cass Street in Traverse City. Tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children under 12, and are available online at MyNorthTickets.com. All proceeds will be used to support the mentoring programs and related poverty reduction work at Family Partnership Grand Traverse.

One of Billboard Magazine's top seven breakout bands of SXSW 2015, Winner of Summerfest, Milwaukee's Emerging Artist Series - 2015, WYCE Album of the Year 2015, MyNorth Magazine's Red Hot Best Michigan Band for the third year in a row, THIS is the band to watch. The Accidentals are a young genre-bending trio that have been dominating the festival scene all summer.

Best described by Yahoo Voices as "stunning, an unforgettable experience watching these two girls play a sea of instruments (twelve to be exact), moving effortlessly from one to the other, while entertaining the masses with their wit, haunting harmonies, and catchy melodies, they are truly unforgettable." Family Partnership helps families and individuals in the Grand Traverse are who are struggling with low-resources and would like the additional support of a mentoring relationship. Family Partnership Mentors work with partners to manage their daily struggles through support, encouragement, advice, knowledge, a listening ear, goals setting, and role modeling for success. It is also a part of the Little Collaborative, which serves individuals and families in needs through a unique collaboration of support. Little Collaborative includes HelpLink, Agave Financial and Family Partnership under its umbrella.

Sponsors for the concert include the Central United Methodist Church Mission Team, Bill Marsh and Cedar Run Eye Center.
