Join us Friday, October 10th from 6 to 8 p.m. in Aerie for a flavorful four-course dinner display of craft beer and cuisine. Our talented chefs were each tasked with preparing their own dinner course using one of Bell's Brewery delicious brews.

Each of the four courses presented is paired and prepared with a different Bell's Beer.

Two Hearted Bread Service

Rustic French boule with lavender honey whipped butter paired with Bell's Two Hearted Ale

Octoberfest Panzanelle Salad
Panzelle Salad with red and yellow heirloom grape tomatoes, English cucumber, red onion and an Octoberfest red wine vinaigrette. Paired with Bell's Octoberfest

Best Brown Ale Short Ribs
Brown ale and honey braised short ribs with baby pumpkin squash and tricolored fingerling potatoes. Paired with Bell's Best Brown Ale.


Double Cream Stout/Java Stout Tiramisu
Layers of lady fingers soaked in Double Cream Stout and Java Stout simple syrup, filled with sweet mascarpone pastry cream, dusted with extra brute cocoa powder and served with Double Cream Stout and Java Stout reduction, Chantilly cream, and chocolate espresso beans . Paired with Bell's Special Double Cream Stout and Java Stout.
